Glass Ghost vocalist Eliot Krimsky’s falsetto has a nostalgic quality to it. Likewise, the Peking-directed video for the Brooklyn-based post-Flying duo’s “Like A Diamond” — which you’ve also heard in demo form — offers a sepia/muted-pastel air via its vintage home videos and other found footage mixed with a smoky, soft-focused (and blue-screened) present. The results? Cheekily schmaltzy, ha-ha retro, and legitimately moving.
