Well before the lineup trickled its way out, the Sasquatch! site’s streaming player hosted a playlist stocked with tons of Pavement. So you’re not surprised that the band with the fat pockets will headline a night at the beautiful Gorge Amphitheatre this year — which puts Pavement’s festival confirmation status at pretty much every one but Bonnaroo at this point — along with Massive Attack and My Morning Jacket. The three-day festival runs over Memorial Day as always (Saturday 5/29 to Monday 5/31), and is bringing a ton of bands you might enjoy seeing, including: LCD Soundsystem, Dirty Projectors, Vampire Weekend, MGMT, the xx, the Very Best, Ween, No Age, Tegan & Sara, tUnE-yArDs, Girls, WHY?, Neon Indian, the New Pornographers, Broken Social Scene, Caribou, Cymbals Eat Guitars, Local Natives, Midlake, Nada Surf, the Hold Steady, Band Of Horses, Freelance Whales, Japandroids, She & Him, and Phantogram. Except there is still no re-entry in Sasquatch if I’m not mistaken.
Upon revisiting Coachella’s lineup, I retract that statement Bonnaroo is equivalent to Coachella.

O cool. So if you got Wilco, Radiohead, and the reunited Velvet Underground literally all of my favorite bands would be playing. I am going to have a hard time convincing myself Bonnaroo is going to be awesome after seeing this.
this year is looking even better than 2009′s amazing line up by far. so glad a festival this great is in the northwest

The inclusion of Modest Mouse, Fleet Foxes, and Blue Scholars would make this near perfect.. But I shalln’t complain any further. George, Washington, here I come!
Massive Attack is a slight disappointment, but maybe they’re great live. Either way, I’m there, great overall lineup as usual. Sasquatch ftw.
