New Damien Rice Video - "9 Crimes"

You probably won't see this clip on P4K, but here's the new vid from our sad, sad friend Damien Rice. Worth a watch 'cause Lisa Hannigan is mesmerizing, even as a floating head balloon. (Okay, especially as a floating head balloon.) Creepy? Yes. But not as creepy as this.

there's also a 7" picture disc out for this single. you know...for those of us who still collect vinyl. the art is all cartoony and adorable. i think i might pick it up.

I didn't think Damien Rice could be anymore boring after "O". I thought wrong.

Is it wrong that I kind of like that Tori Amos video? I think it is Adrien Brody's hair that sealed the deal for me.

"O" was an excellent album, and far from boring. This song, however, is pretty boring and repititive.

I couldn't disagree with you guys any more, I think the song is beautiful just as his new album is. It's not up to par with O, but that's not a realistic expectation. I can't get enough of Damo and lisa.

That tori video is tame compared to The Horrors' video.

Why don't you just listen to the song if you don't like the video? The song is so good that no video could have translated it into images and this is as close as they could get. This is one of the rare songs that you can only feel, you'll never perceive it by watching its video.

Boring? You guys dont even know how to appreciate good music and probably one of the best singer/song writers of our generation. Rightly so, that your comments are laced w/ ignorance and stupidity. This is a great video and great song. Get a clue.
