Architecture In Helsinki Makes A Die Hard Fan

When it comes to picking the bands of tomorrow today, Bruce's got a sixth sense about these things. This bit comes from camp Moshi Moshi...

At a press conference in Belgium Bruce Willis was asked what his 3 favorite new bands are.

His answers were: Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Strokes and ... Architecture In Helsinki.

Congrats, AiH! It'll be so awesome when he answers the same question Animal Collective, Bright Eyes, and Modest Mouse in 2010. We're all for this random divulging of hipster bands, as long he's not studying up for another Return Of Bruno.

Hey, BRMC at Webster was one of my favorite shows in quite a while, so I can't fault him on that one.

Quit Your Day Job: Megafaun

Raleigh-via-Eau Clair BTW Megafaun debuted impressively earlier this year with Bury The Square. The trio nip-and-tuck experimental tendencies (tape splicing, white noise colliding with banjo, junkyard-laced spring reverb, screeching feedback at the tail end of a quiet back porch lament)...
