thumbnail icon: ATP NY Full Schedule Revealed

When I posted that MBV live clip earlier today, I closed by mentioning the upcoming ATP NY weekend, i.e. September 19-21. Should be good to see some of the more obvious bands across the schedule as well as some of the less obvious oldies (Polvo, Shellac, Lilys, et al) and personal live favorites (Drones, Fuck Buttons), but Stage 2 on Saturday is the total dark horse. Plus: Late-night Lightning Bolt. If you don't have tickets yet please note: There are still some left ... so hop on it. Also, if you live in the NYC area, you can get yourself bus transport to the show. Here's the info, straight from ATP:

We will be running two coach's up to ATP New York for all of you who don't fancy driving. One bus will leave from Manhattan and one bus will leave from Brooklyn, both at 11:00am on Friday September 19th. Both buses will be making drops at Kutshers Country Club and The Raleigh. They will return to Manhattan and Brooklyn, leaving Kutshers and the Raleigh around 11:00am on Monday September 21st. Return ticket costs $40 per person. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

If you're interested in making a reservation or need more info, send an email to transport@atpfestival.com. And, as always, you can keep your eyes on the ATP NY site.

no all performances are indoors (to avoid the horrors of outdoor festival sound and possible bad weather!)

Yeah, way to check Shellac! You know who they are and they are like less obvious! WOW! However will you choose?!?! Classic album night for retarded indie yuppies. You will not be going to Shellac, somehow the namecheck proves it. Just put Rolling Stone College Edition on the masthead already.
