Bonnanude: Pics Of The Mute Math Streaker

We know, you're over Bonnaroo -- and after a few more dust-scraping showers, we will be too. But the TN fun did yield some bits we didn't get to post for internetty reasons (tough to upload video without a stable connection!), and others like this photo set that came in from reader loudbeatz last night, depicting the hotly-tipped Mute Math streaker in all his muscle-flexing glory -- after the jump for the NSFW set.

That guy really loves Mute Math's Transformers theme! And 'shrooms.

How amazingly high his pants must be when ever he's in the sun?

I recognize that guy (his face). He was trying to get on stage during Cold War Kids' sound check. He was very very out of it, but it was entertaining during the wait for them to start playing.

the positioning of the mic in the 2nd pic reminds me of that scene in Austin Powers.

Just be thankful that you didn't see it through a telephoto lens from 5ft away like I did. I really didn't want to photograph it, but it's like a car crash, I couldn't look away and had to shoot him (in fact, I'm pretty sure that's my head in the corner in the bottom photo). I heard from another photog that he was completely unresponsive and glassy-eyed when security was telling him to leave...he apparently just stood there at the side of the stage.

Quit Your Day Job: Ungdomskulen

The Bergen trio Ungdomskulen play proggy post punk, mixing chops and hooks with a sense of humor. But they don't sound like Primus. When I was in Norway a couple years ago, "Ungdomskulen" seemed to be on everybody's lips (or...

Premature Evaluation: Beck - Modern Guilt

It's been some time since we learned Modern Guilt, Beck Hansen's eighth album, would be some sort of psych rock minimalist '60s trip with Danger Mouse. Since then, we've gotten a look at the old-school jazz/Blue Note-style cover art and...

Damien Jurado - "Murderer" (Low Cover)
