How do they decide who does the introduction/tribute to the inductees? I mean, how did Justin Timberlake get to be the person who presents the O'Jays? That would be like Avril Lavigne presenting the Sex Pistols.

the boss should be awsome --bono inducting him a few years back was amazing. the two of them have good chemisty --i liked the story about bono saying hello to the boss in an elevator once but he ignored him --he was completely hammered and thought the door had opened and he walked right into it. ummm and could the boss get any hotter? he's still on my top 10 list.
