Wow, at least they got some big names for it...and I've at least heard of all the bands, if not all the players, kind of impressive for a tribute album. Finding myself wanting to hear this...

They managed to score the unbridled talent of Kip Winger, but he's not playing bass? How tragic. I guess the bassline must've called for something more than playing open strings and twirling in place.

Yeah, Stephen is right... if this thing sucks it won't be beacuse of the players. Tons of "big name metal session players" on there. Plus an appearance by Doug Pinnick from my favorite quasi-christian metal act: King's X! (Faith Hope Love is still an amazing album).

I like how 90% of everyone on here is some studio musician who played with someone famous live. The rest are B-list musicians from the 70s and 80s.

And wtf? Metal covers without Helter Skelter?

A lot of these people aren't session musicians. And whether or not it's any good, it's going to be awesome.

When you said "Kip Winger", did you really mean James Hetfield or Ronny Dio??

This pales in comparison to the reggae tribute to "Sgt. Pepper" that came out in the late 80's.

Hey Bulldog's guaranteed to be great.

If any of the rest suck, it's because of the Beatles, not these guys. Personally, I always thought "Hey Jude" was a crappy song.

And Helter Skelter SHOULD be on there.
