TMZ reports that Justin Berfield (Malcolm In The Middle's bullying brother Reese) is positioning himself to be a movie mogul at the tender age of 21, with his production company J2TV/J2 Pictures. He's got two projects slated: a Jessica Simpson vehicle (we'll pass, thanks) and a film based on the Jerry Garcia tome Captain Trips.
Let's assume it's not a documentary. Which actor should play the legendary axeman? Should he be missing part of his middle finger ... and his toilet?

I see that someone mentioned me as a possibility to play Jerry Garcia. I don't think this is a good idea because the only song I know by them is Casey Jones. I hate the band so much that I will protest this movie being made. Now, if there was a movie about New Found Glory being made, I would love to play the lead singer. They are really really good.
