Doherty Taps Astralwerks For Delivery Of New Babyshambles LP

Astralwerks made the following announcement this morning...

ASTRALWERKS TO RELEASE BABYSHAMBLES ALBUM

Astralwerks is proud to announce the addition of Babyshambles to their roster. The London quartet, led by former Libertines frontman Pete Doherty, will release their sophomore album entitled Shotter’s Nation on October 23, 2007.

...and we totally read it as "Astralwerks is proud to announce the addiction of Babyshambles..." Honestly. In any event, after listening to the hey-that's-pretty-good Shotter's track "Delivery," it's entirely possible the new Babyshambles record could put the Pete-likes-crack punchlines on hold for awhile. Especially since it now appears his cat's the real crackhead in the family.
