Dylan's First #1 In 30 Years

The last Dylan album to hit #1 was Desire. With Modern Times, Bob's showing Xtina, Jessica, and Danity Kane who's boss. Thank god Alicia Keys didn't put out a new album last week; that would've been embarrassing.

When told the good news, Dylan posted on his blog, "Young Dro was robbed!"

Meanwhile, I hope some of this ends up on YouTube.

It was the Pitchfork review, undoubtedly.

Honestly, I wasn't all that impressed with the new record. Great lyrics, standard blues progression, shuffly brushed drums. It was all kind of just okay. I know Bob D. wasn't a fan of the Time Out Of Mind production, but at least it was something different.

Prince and Bob Dylan both got #1s this year for mediocre albums. I'm still happy about it.

for a minute i thought this was about dylan (pronounced dai-lahn), that silly rapper on one of diddy's reality shows. also, young dro is not young joc. young dro is the shoulder leaner, while young joc likes to tell us "it's going down" and he wants you to meet him in the club.
