No mention of their SNL performance, and Bono's exclamation of "live", his impromptu lapdance, riling of the audience. Nothing, huh? :)

My friends and I registered too but we haven't gotten anything but the confirmation that we are requesting tickets .... does anyone know when they will actually allocate tickets? Or are they all gone? Nothing on the site says the tickets are sold out yet ....
This would be awesome.

When you battle with Perpetua at the party on the 23rd...remember to stick your sword at least 6 inches into the back of his neck, and then twist. Hold it there for at least 4 seconds. That way he will short-circuit. And that's how you kill a cyborg.

http://www.u2log.com has confirmation this is happening. U2's management pulled the site's people aside yesterdya and told them the details, which they've posted. It'll be at Empire Fulton Ferry State Park at 3pm in Brooklyn (between Brooklyn and manhattan Bridges). The band will play for 30 minutes and TICKETS AREN'T REQUIRED FOR THE EVENT. Peep the site for all the details.

Have fun! I wish I could be there!

They are driving through the city right now on a flatbed truck, performing. Just saw them in Columbus Circle, headed down Broadway. Cool!

they were just spotted on 5th Ave. the performances are being taped for the "All Because of You" video.

another fansite said again that tickets aren't needed, but those with tickets will be in the MTV audience and will be taped for TV. i'm guessing ticket holders will get to be closer to the band. tickets are gone, but i just declined my tickets since i can't make it, so be fast and zip over to 1iota.com to grab them!
