"Hung Up" in the Wild

Popbytes got popblocked by Warner Bros. for posting the new Madonna single for all of two hours, and even the RapidShare this Italian blog, non è niente, links to was killed in about eight minutes by the lawyers. According to the Babelfish translation of this page, it's a radio single some hacker stole from NRJ, a French radio station.

The comando-style lawyering is probably because of her exclusive deal with MTV, which will debut the single- the letter Popbytes got says "we must ask you to respect the careful planning" surrounding the single. It's a pity her own kids won't be able to watch it.

Unless they use Technorati to find the latest links...

I like the song, but not the vocals (the time goes by so slowly part, that keeps repeating itself for a while). I miss the old Like A Prayer days.

Lovely site you got here! I'll definately come back :)

Finally, a decent Madonna song. Leave it to Stuart Price... I think it's clear he's the saviour of dance music.

did i hear the right song? it sounds pretty poor. and what's that sample running through it that i can't quite place?

the sample is ABBA "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!" The only reason I know is that I'm married to an Australian, and everyone knows Aussie love ABBA.

It's actually the A*Teens... a late 90s ABBA coverband from Sweden.

Pretty decent song, but it goes nowhere...just kinda fades out. Wonder if the real single will be different?

I think it's a way more boring "What Are You Waiting For" by Gwen Stefani. Same rhythm, doesn't wake me up at all.

Does anyone know where I can download the new Ashlee Simpson and Lindsay Lohan songs??????
I'm being serious.

When the woman wants us to shake our asses--we're gonna! She means business. I'm listening to it RIGHT NOW and I can't get enough. God, I love this woman.

Not gonna lie, it's a pretty tight and infectious song. Big ups to Madonna.

This has got to be THE best song Madonna has ever made. I love all her work over the past 20+ years and this is amazing. It's complex in it's simplicity. I love the Abba sample, the sound is AMAZING in the clubs and in the car. It's addictive. Look at the numbers already with radio play and Billboard. This song has not even been releaseed as a single yet (except on itunes) and it's doing SO well! History shows us that there is NOBODY (Janet, Mariah, Brit, Gwen, etc.) who even comes CLOSE to Madonna. She has been, is now, and ALWAYS will be the QUEEN! I cannot wait for "Confessions on a Dance Floor".

She has made the same lame ass, simple rhyme crap for 20 years. She can't sing and is now an old fag hag. She looks gross to non-fudgies.
