Uh, no, Georgia, in this case they are not talking about the band Interpol. The thing is, the word "pol" in Russian means "sex" or "gender". So I'm guessing it has to do with something transgender. I've never heard anyone in Russia abbreviating "police" to "pol", because that's a whole different word. (And because there's no police in Russia, there is a militia). Don't ask me about sexcorrs, because the last time I've been to Russia, I was too young to know about that sort of thing.
