Jay-Z And Gwyneth Paltrow Together At Last

Hey, if Kate Moss can do it...

Via NME.com:

Jay-Z was joined onstage tonight (September 27) by special guests Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow on vocals as he played the second of his two London shows this week.

The surprise came at what was the first ever hip-hop gig at the prestigous Royal Albert Hall.

Performing in front of a sold-out crowd, as he did at Wembley Arena in the UK capital at the weekend (September 24), the rapper brought out the Coldplay singer for an untitled new song from Jay-Z's forthcoming new album, as well as a run through 'Heart Of The City (Ain't No Love)' from Jay's classic LP 'The Blueprint'.

Martin's Oscar-winning actress wife Paltrow supplied backing vocals on another track from 'The Blueprint', 'Song Cry'.

Does this mean Chris Martin's cool again? No? OK.

Chris Martin's musical output remains high quality, regardless of what anyone says about him. I have no idea what it would sound like to cross him with Jay-Z but I'll be interested to hear it.
