Robbie_fearless is right. I live in Owings Mills, about 20 miles outside of Baltimore, but I've been going to school in Baltimore since grade school. There are specific places in Baltimore, especially Fell's Point, Canton, Mt. Vernon, Federal Hill, and the Harbor that are beautiful places (and not too ghetto at all). If ghetto people started moving in, everyone else would move out and relocate to a newer and better place.

Duff Says She Wasn't Talking About Waldorf
Duff issued a statement last week through a publicist claiming she "never said any of those negative words" in the Elle article. She fired that publicist late last week, and her new publicist, Samantha Mast, said Duff's comments to Elle were taken out of context.
When Duff used the words "pretty ghetto," Mast said, Duff was referring to an apartment in downtown Baltimore where Duff said Madden once lived.

Been there. It's not depressed like many of the folks in the Ozarks but many of the houses are smaller ranch types. There's some tornadic activity there as well. Many parts of Maryland experience the wigger phenomenon and they are a few years behind the trend of New York or L.A.

I must say that I have been all over this world, I'm not rich nor do I think I am of a great upbringing. But I can honestly say that I look forward to leaving this place (Waldorf).
