The Foo/Queens/Zep supergroup first rumored in 2005 will play Chicago's Metro on Sunday. Tickets go on sale Thursday morning. There's even an official site with links to their Twitter, MySpace, and Facebook and those are obviously impossible to fake. According to Antiquiet an album and tour are on the way.

Meh. John Paul Jones shouldn't be with these young kids...he's beyond them.
Although not to say Dave Grohl and Josh Homme are not great at their own craft.

Damn. Looks like tickets for this show sold out in 4 mins. I kept refreshing the page, and when I put the security code in on two seperate occassions it gave me an error message. 4 mins later the site said inventory not available.

WTF??? They should be playing a bigger venue to hold more people.

I hate my luck...My district manager comes into my store at 5 minutes to 10....leaves at 10 minutes after, now tickets sold out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He did the same thing when lollapalooza golden tickets went on sale. He is a ticket blocker!
