K-Fed, J-May To Appear On CSI

CSI, which featured a Coldplay ringtone last season, will work more rock 'n' roll into its scripts this fall. Well, not so much rock 'n' roll as adult-contemporary pop and terrible hip-hop.

AP reports that John Mayer will promote his new album Continuum on the CBS series' two-part season premiere, 9/21 and 9/28.

The Grammy-winning singer will perform his current single, "Waiting on the World to Change," and "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room" in a scene set in a Las Vegas nightclub. ... Danny Bonaduce guest stars as an ex-rocker who is murdered.
John Mayer playing John Mayer ... I know, you're not impressed. But, only a few weeks later, CSI will host Kevin Federline's acting debut! He'll play a teenage hooligan who harasses the investigators. "It's the first time I've actually had a speaking role," K-Fed tells People. Speaking? Kevin should have no problem with that.

I just wish CSI would go back to its playlist of chill electronica, like Zero 7 or Imogen Heap.

If Kevin Federline plays the person killed at the beginning of the episode, then I'm down with that. The solution to the mystery will be like "Murder on the Orient Express": everybody did it!

Holly Valance was in CSI NY the other night (in Britain), which proved to me that unfortunately she still inflicts her acting on the world.

K-Fed & J-May? Whoo-Pee. I haven't been this underwhelmed since I heard American Idol was going into syndication. Amateur Bitchfest; NOW FIVE NIGHTS A WEEK.

Maybe Dylan's right.

I love CSI, but they really should stop with these crappy "cameos" already. Haven't they learned anything from the episode with that nasty drummer from Blink 182 and his equally nasty ex-wife in Season 6?!
