Late Night With Conan O'Brien's Last Music Guest: The White Stripes Conan's leaving 30 Rock for Carson's old desk at The Tonight Show on March 2nd, and as P4K reports, the last band to play the Late Night studio on his watch will be long-time O'Brien-chums Jack and Meg White. It's sad Conan's leaving NYC! But by moving to L.A. he will be much closer to Norm MacDonald all the time, and that is such a good news for laughter.

I'm pretty glad Jay Leno is on his way out. Conan is so much more enjoyable, entertaining, funny, etc. And he also seems quite a bit more enthusiastic about music. Hopefully he'll use the Tonight Show to give awesome indie bands more exposure and eventually a music revolution will take place, wherein the mainstream crap that plagues the radio today will be banished.

He should of had Animal Collective play that night. Just Kidding. Hopefully they will pull out something cool for the show.
