i've been too afraid to post these pictures ... she looks pretty durst. there's also some see-through top shots of her floating around from an Italian magazine; i refused to post them out of sheer respect for her musical accomplishments.

while her last record was arguably one of the Top Five releases of last year, her desperation for acceptance in the press is starting to wear on me.

well, she definitely is a bit sad in that she desperately needs attention, which kind of goes against her earlier, more indie, Matador records incarnation. From being an underground rock critics darling to her quote on BWE on vh1 that "The Olsen Twins are my idols," right after blasting stage mothers and child stars on the same show clearly put her Jump the Shark territory -- at least in my eyes. But hey, she's got a kid, now and baby changes everything, and hottness sells records.

it's scary that I have all this Liz Phair information rolling around my head.
