Download Jenny Lewis' Rabbit Fur Coat

Team Love has posted all of Rabbit Fur Coat (save for the Traveling Wilburys cover) as downloadable MP3s. One of Stereogum's favorite albums of the year so far. Nice find Dave!

Make sure to catch Jenny & the Watson Twins live so our girl has some cash to buy more thrift store shades.

At least someone understands that letting consumers become familiar with an artist's songs will ultimately sell more albums than leaving prospective buyers (ones not willing to pay for something until they hear it) empty-handed.

(I really wanted Emily Haines to win that poll :P)

Man. This is, without a doubt, one of the phoniest albums I've heard in years. I realize JL's an actress, but you'd hope--with that in mind--that she'd try emulating something that she has a real connection with, like Weezer or The Cars. Sad.

you'd think with a country album the south would get a little more tour action than usual.
