Get Out Get Out Get Out

On August 22, Secretly Canadian releases a limited-edition solo album from Jason Molina. It's vinyl-only, except for this tune which is a free MP3:

Jason Molina - "Get Out Get Out Get Out" (MP3)

Let Me Go, Let Me Go, Let Me Go was written and recorded over three days in a windowless garage in Bloomington, Indiana. "These are meditations on depression, waiting, dislocation, separation, doubt, fear, loneliness," says Jason.

Fun!

As for Jason's Magnolia Electric Co., their next album Fading Trails hits stores 9/12. Here's a preview:

Magnolia Electric Co. - "Lonesome Valley" (MP3)

Just a bit I think. The song drags alot, and sounds a little like a bad Van Morrison ripoff.

I actually think Get out Get out Get out will come with a CD version of the album. That is the way Pyramid Electric Co was pakage and there were talk that this would be the same.

I remember going to the clubs and seeing drag shows with my girlfriends and gay guy friends and this is what the drag queens sound like.. kinda creepy. I couldn't even beleive it was Justin Timberlake! I do like the parts with Timberland though.
