Kind Of Like Spitting - "Les Serpientes En El Plano"

Not mall-punk enough for New Line to put on the Snakes On A Plane soundtrack, but I hope the film is as ridiculous. (Thanks Andrew!)

Kind Of Like Spitting - "Les Serpientes En El Plano" (MP3)

Maybe for the sequel? Which will be called ... what? Snakes On A Boat? I Thought We Got Rid Of Those Motherfucking Snakes? Snakes! At The Disco?

The only domains I could find that are still available are snakesonabus.com, snakesonalightrail.com, and snakesonagondola.com.

Snakesonaboat.com and snakesonatrain.com are already taken. I'm thinking train would be the logical next step. A boat would be too Speed 2.

The name of the song is actually "Los Serpientes en el Aeroplano." I used to be in Kind of Like Spitting. I'm the one who played flute on this track. And I made up the name, which is in Spanish. Whoever runs this site, if you could please fix the name, that'd be great. Thanks.

Quit Your Day Job: Megafaun

Raleigh-via-Eau Clair BTW Megafaun debuted impressively earlier this year with Bury The Square. The trio nip-and-tuck experimental tendencies (tape splicing, white noise colliding with banjo, junkyard-laced spring reverb, screeching feedback at the tail end of a quiet back porch lament)...

Horse Feathers - "Father"

Portland songwriter Justin Ringle's evocative vocal twang and sharp lyricism are at the center of Horse Feathers' bedroom Americana. The band's second album House With No Home, which follows 2006's Words Are Dead, finds Ringle's vision fleshed out by multi-instrumentalist/composer...
