New Morning Benders - "Damnit Anna"

StG alerts us to The Morning Benders' new track from the forthcoming Boarded Doors EP. The Cali jangle pop crew is working a decidedly Shins-y look here, but it's another solid track from a band that's impressed before.

Here are a few older tracks from the band, our fave of which remains "Heavy Hearts," taking two minutes to hit the sweet spot but well worth the wait.

i love the morning benders! damnit anna is enough to make ya move while the lyrics are still meaningful. gotta love them for not being afraid to have that older classic rock sound like from back in the days of the monkeys and beatles....

i'm a fan of the older stuff too, but i find the newer songs to be much more stylistically developed.
love it.
