New Two Gallants - "Seems Like Home To Me"

After a year that saw them play 200 shows and have the most fucked up fall of their careers, delta-blues punk-folk Saddle Creek duo Two Gallants are looking to top all that in '07 with two studio releases and, as is their way, a slew of shows. The first batch of tunes they'll release is titled The Scenery Of Farewell, a five-song EP showcasing the Gallants' acoustic side, bringing in some Bay area musicians for support. You'll hear the musical support on this EP track, a wistful slow-roller with double bass, some purdy strings, and the trademark Two Gallants fingerpicking.

On top of that, the band will release their third LP later in the year, though there will be lots of touring before then. Check the dates of where and when they'll be avoiding the 5-0 after the jump.

I think it's absolutely horrible that Two Gallants will be playing in Seattle, after I just left there for the sucky east coast. I love them

Was it the Gallant on the left or the right that was the heir to the Bank of America fortune?
