This year Stereogum's sponsoring the dayshow for one of our favorite labels, Yep Roc. Here are the details:
Yep Roc RecordsWe're so psyched. Apples' New Magnetic Wonder is out in February on Elijah Wood's new label, Simian Records (a joint venture with Yep Roc, distributed by Redeye), so expect to hear some new stuff. Listen to songs from all the showcase bands here.

Even though they're at the bottom of the billing, American Princes are the best band on that roster. Why, dear blogosphere, did "Little Spaces" not get the recognition it deserved? Yes, I'm holding you accountable.

American Princes rock. "Never Grow Old" never grows old on my IPod. The only other band I've seen on the bill are the Apples in Stereo, but the Princes sound better live.
