New Black Dice Video Causes Seizures

Read an interview with Black Dice's resident visual artist Danny Perez, who directed the freaky, potentially seizure-inducing, video for the song "Smiling Off" at The Simple Mission. You can also view the video there... scroll all the way to the bottom.

It's pretty cool. At first, it reminded me of Michel Gondry's video for Daft Punk's "Around The World," and then it got all crazy. No seizure for me, but I was almost nauseous at one point.

Perez also directed Animal Collective's first video, for "Who Could Win A Rabbit."

Daft Punk "Around the World" is one the best videos of all time. One of those videos you can go without seeing for a decade and still remember exactly what they look like.

Wow. Who knew boredom could induce seizures?

The Residents called... they want their artistic sensibility back.

Ah, so I see this guy only makes videos for bands that suck. That's a nice niche.

Did anybody read the interview with the guy. I started but it pissed me off too much.
Did anybody watch the video by the guy. I started but it pissed me off too much.
Maybe I'm not cool enough to understand.

Three phrases should be among the most common in our daily usage. They are: Thank you, I am grateful and I appreciate.
