New Norah Jones - "Thinking About You"

Are we ever gonna mention NoJo without thinking to her turn as El Mad Mo? Nope, never. The sleazy-superhero, fishnets-and-platinum-blonde look has left an indelible impression on our Gummy minds. That night also has us secretly wishing that some day Norah will blossom into an awesome act: that she'll cater more to that "hey I wanna be in a punk band or collab with Ryan Adams" impulse, that she'll use that voice for good and stop turning out tunes that put us to sleep.

Well here's your chance, Norah! Let's hear it.

Stream it: QT | Real | WMA

Well maybe someday she'll stop being afraid to cut through the soft, and start kicking some ass. But for now, and for old times sake:

Yeah.

ehrmmmm Norah Jones on the Little Willie's record should not put you to sleep! I gotta get drunk is an awesome cover she does and Lou Reed a hilarious song about catching lou reed cowtipping! Her voice really is suited for all genres, be it jazz or country, like the Little Willies

This song sounds like it'll end up as a b-side, only available on the soundtrack to a crappy romcom.

No offense to Norah, of course. Up until this point she's been a rarely indulged in guilty pleasure.

Speaking of Adams, check his site (www.ryan-adams.com) - seems like he's about to announce "something"...

4 albums maybe?

She's already collaborated with Ryan Adams on the song "Dear John" from last year's Ryan Adams & the Cardinals album Jacksonville City Nights.
