New Spoon - "I Turn My Camera On (John McEntire Remix)"

John's version appears on the "Sister Jack" single. The other b-side's groovy too. Listen at Each Note Secure.

Is it just mine, or does ITMCO cut off?

"Sunday Morning Wednesday Night" - Nice homage to Velvet Underground's "Sunday Morning"

kind of a shitty remix.....ITMCO is one of the best songs of the year, and I was looking forward to a remix but this really doesnt do it justice...he added too much to the song, crowds the space and feeling of the original.

You probably already have it, but if not, enjoy!

When did britt daniels get so boring? That sunday morning tribute or whatever was so uninteresting. All of his new songs seem to come up with a boring little melody that is stretched over the entire song and repeated...I miss his bridges and singing with strong structures that at least went somewhere and seemed like he cared. Where's the range in his vocals?

I'm still confused how one of the best songs of the year (and of spoons catalogue) could come from such a bland and boring record?
