No Curry For Kanye

Guess Kanye's trans-Atlantic Indian delivery meal was a naan-story after all. Via AP:

Kanye West is not eating any $3,900 curry, his management said Tuesday ... the music star's publicist said West wasn't planning to be in New York during the week, and that the food wasn't for him.

"There is no meeting in New York. There never has been," spokesman Gabe Tesoriero said Tuesday. He called the story "patently false."

More on this story as it develops. Stay tuned to Stereogum.com, your source for the latest news on what Kanye West may or may not be eating for lunch.

also, why do the killers get crucified for writing an album inspired by The Boss, but when the Arcade Fire record stuff that any american working man would identify as Springsteen in half a donut bite, they get their knob jobbed off by the almight pitchfork?

oh well.. i guess someone needs to fill the void.

CURRY!

Oh fudge. Double-stuff fudge, even.

I had visions of this major expense going out across the Entertainment News wires, followed by the C.E.O. of whatever company that distributes Kanye's label calling up on the cellphone with a message kind of like this:

"Stop making an ass of yourself"

Only, the fantasized version had much more inventive profanity and allusions to rescinding financial benefits due to contractual and commercial suicide.

Poopyknot!! (Still a classic!)

Stereogum stop hating on Kanye. Every time Kanye might do something remotely bad, you guys overexxagerate ten fold becaue you have some sort of bizzarre Kanye vendetta. What about every other hip hop egomaniac out there? Start doing round the clock cverage of them too, and try and get over your anti-Kanye streak.

just more hipster hating and denouncing by someone who might be indian. Basically its hip and cool to like indian food. I wouldn´t worry too much about it.
