Found innocent via mistrial under a white president, but found guilty under a black president. I'm truly afraid this justice system is going to become fair to all of those under it's wings.

Last time I checked, a mistrial does not mean innocence, it means incompetence on at least one party in the trial.

He put a gun in a woman's mouth and pulled the trigger, he has been found guilty of said crime. Do not drag race into this, especially not considering the race of the President.

direct me to one murder statute-related piece of legislation that obama has presumptively signed off on due to the influence of his blackness and i will take your point with serious consideration.

but for now that statement is fucking ridiculous.

Rabble Rabble fears that the justice system will be FAIR under the Obama administration. Reading comprehension – give it a try. I also recommend enjoying off color sarcasm.

I'm glad SOMEONE else got it! It wasn't all that funny, but people just see "black president" and hit the thumbs down button.

I'm not familiar with the facts of this particular case, but Phil Spector definitely deserves some hard time for what he did to "Let it Be."

Is it bad that I lol'd at this? This is the guy that kidnapped The Ramones, right? It was only a matter of time before he killed someone.

Bout time.

Why would anyone even hang out with this psychopath in the first place? No fault to Laura Clarkson, but ...it just seems like he would emlutating "dangerous creep" in flashing neon.

Maybe he hid it well , but it didn't seem that way.
