Although they never seem to be too far from each other, the She and the Him reunited last night for a few songs during M. Ward's very sold out show at Henry Fonda Theater. Matt ran the spread, from whisper quiet "Hold Time" to rollicking "Roll Over Beethoven," but naturally it was Zooey's (somewhat) surprise appearance that will most distinguish this one from other stops on the Ward tour. The pair joined on four songs mid-set ( "You Really Got A Hold On Me," "Change Is Hard," "Rave On," and "Never Had Nobody Like You") and again on the encore, all the while Zooey blinded everybody by the size of the rock that she got from her Death Cab cutie. Great show. Anyone know who the two guests were at the end? Also, looks like they skipped the last song on that setlist, but I can't read it. Anyone? The encore was "To Save Me" and "Magic Trick"
