The Raveonettes/Crocodiles @ Henry Fonda Theater, Hollywood 11/13/09
Friday night in Hollywood, the Raveonettes played to a fairly full house at the Henry Fonda Theatre. Support came from local BTW Crocodiles who performed as a quartet, down a drum machine and up a drummer. Andrew Youssef was on hand to deliver this photo spread.

I saw the Raveonettes in Seattle a little over a week ago and this was one of the best shows I've ever been to. They were much better than my previous three trips to see them.

No doubt that with their new cd and live shows on this tour The Raveonettes have taken their music to another level. Saw them at MHOW and it was easily the best show I've seen by them. And Sharin is such a fox!

I'm still pissed I missed their Philly show when I was back in the area for a few days. Fucking New Mexico sucks for catching good bands.

I used to realllly wanna love the Raveonettes, liked the 2nd cd a lot...but then they put out Love in a Trashcan or whatever. Not only did it suck, the whole album, but they made the critical mistake of playing that song shit live on tv. And as a guitarist/musician, to have 3 dorks up there all strumming the same thing, and not one of them could play that simple echo-y lead part that's thruout the whole song? That cemented my hatred:) They had to LOOP a simple lil rockabilly lead part?? whats the lead guy's job in that band anyway, might as well go all the way and fucking karoke lip-sync kaeroke all your shows ala a teen popstar ya eurotrash posers:D (too harsh?) i still do like their 'sound' though...there i said something nice;)
