PowerPoint, Counter PowerPoint

The Epistemology of David Byrne
The man behind a new book and PowerPoint presentation is not your average Talking Head.

There's an interview with David Byrne about the release of the new Talking Heads Box Set on NPR at

if you're into that sort of thing.

At work today we were discussing how vile Powerpoint truly is. And now, evidence to back us up!

Yeah, the Talking Heads boxed set came in today. It's a crazy shape. I think it's all album cuts, though.

The songs are "remastered," and alternate versions of some songs. Most notably, though, it contains a live version of the song "A Clean Break," previously available on the vinyl/casette live collection, "The Name of This Band is Talking Heads." Plus it comes with a DVD of all their videos.
