I'm absolutely amazed that stars on the level of Britney and P. Diddy would actually endorse a product like this. (Not that it's a bad product, but it's kind of embarassing to publicly admit that you have acne problems).

How much money do these people need?

I love how Jessica's bio discusses her spokesmodel role for Pizza Hut. Conflict of interest!

Actually I use Proactive, and have seen the before and afte pictures of Jessica Simpson. This product is the best kept secret around. After 18 years of dealing with embarrassing acne in high school, college, and my adult life (taking pills, have you heard of acutane?) I saw an informercial and thought, what the hell. My face has never been clearer. I think its great they are doing this - I hope it encourages mothers to buy it for their children who are embarrassed and suffer self esteem issues because of terrible acne. I don't think the world realizes how mean teenagers are and how something as small as bad acne can ruin someone's self confidence for life.

Britney isn't exactly a glowing endorsement for that shit. She could be Edward James Olmos's cragette sidekick.

jessica's been doing their infomercials for a while. I remember about four years ago Britney was in their print adverts (teen magazines in the UK at least.)

i can't believe i'm saying this ... i think it shows how much they appreciate the product and how scarring (no pun intended) having acne really must be.

The active ingredient in proactive, benzoyl peroxide , can be found for much much cheaper for a prescription or on pharmacy shelves. The business owners simply repackaged an old medicine and hired celebrities to push it.

I saw Jessica and Nick on some E! show the other day and she was talking about how she took Accutane so apparently the Proactiv wasn't all that effective for her.

........ ok, question? I'm not trying to be smart-alecky or anything, but is britney's face still broken out? Even now, I think of that pic of her with all that white crap on her face.

I honestly think it really worked for them. I don't see any other reasons why celebrities of that magnitude would endorse a product like this.Just about everyone has acne problems at some point, and for celebrites what is considered great skin for normal people is not good enough. I can understand why they'd use it even if their acne wasn't that bad.

PROACTIV OR DIE!! hahahahaha

hilarious title. but I find nothing wrong with the celebrities endorsing proactiv. it pulls them down to earth somewhat.

but i'm warning you... if you have even slightly sensitive skin, this will wreak havoc. i know from experience. stay away...

Diddy is making pro active hot and sexy! When he announced that he was going to be one of the pro active spokespeople, pro active sales went up by 250%! In the latest pro active ads Diddy will have his friends such as Mariah Carey, Paris Hilton, Ludacris, Mary J. Blige and Tara Reid were shirts that say Pro Active or Die!

In the previous Jessica Simpson commercials, did anyone notice how she said, "The way I was dieting and the way I was eating" dieting and eating are the same thing. That's not all. Every dermotologist I've spoken to has told me that your diet has no effect on your acne, unless the grease from the food actually gets into your pores, and you don't wash it. I don't really understand why they would air an ad as stupid as that. (To explain the dieting thing a little more, People might be saying that shes talking about a diet to lose weight, but you know she isn't because it cuts to a video of M&Ms as shes saying it.)

yeah all it shows is a bowl of M&Ms...what the phuck! i'd have expected to see bowls upon bowls of doritos, oreos, etc (as j.lo's recent riders have shown!)

Ok. I have been using proactiv for years now. I started when Judith Light was endorsing it. The fact of the matter is, is that this product works. I am glad that Jessica Simpson and P Diddy are endorsing it now. Because maybe young adults who are living with a horrible problem will actually order it. And as for Britney Spears, I don't even think she washes her face at all anymore.
