William Shatner's Has Been (produced by Ben Folds) will include tunes co-written by Nick Hornby and a cover of Pulp's "Common People." Meanwhile, Ben's Super D EP (available 7/27) will feature a cover of The Darkness' "Get Your Hands Off My Woman." Ben's doing a free in-store at Borders (in the Time Warner Bldg) tomorrow at 12:30. He's be playing '90s covers in celebration of I Love The '90s. He's signing things too, so bring your Furby.

Rufus Wainwright tells The NY Post that a combination of crystal meth, Ecstasy, cocaine, and special K once gave him visions of "10,000 video screens of gay porn featuring Jerry Garcia, and the soundtrack was that instant message sound." Scott - did I see you for like .5 seconds on I love the 90's last night? I think it was 1990, at the ask the Snapple lady or whatever, and they panned the VH1 offices, and I see side-burns... yay or nay?
