Rolling Stones At Fenway Park

"I'm speechless. Not sure how much of that is due to the fact that Mick, Keith, Ronnie, Charlie and Co. put on such a great show, and how much is because I saw a young woman fall from the rafters in front of me ... Yes, she fell during 'Jumpin' Jack Flash.'" Read Sean's opening night review (w/ setlist) at Popular Thinking.

My friend Evan once saw someone tumble from the upper deck during a Stones concert at Silverdome Stadium.

Concerts are dangerous. That's why Sufjan wears a helmet.

The fact that no one has commented on this, speaks volumes.

She fell from the rafters?? That is so rock and roll. I have tix to see them at the Hollywood bowl in November, and I can't wait. Glad I can see them before Keith dies again.

Love that someone called this "rock and roll". We all wish we had such an exciting story to tell!

Hold up...I guess I should find out if this woman is okay before I start being jealous of her kick ass story...

Hey, if the Rolling Stones work hard enough, they might be as popular or good as The Decembrists!

What utter bollocks!
Just wait until they dig me up ( which is going to happen 'cos it wasn't death by misadventure, man) and I'll show you wankers some maximum rock and roll. Paint THAT black, you silly gits!
Please don't judge me too harshly,
love,
Brian

I saw that woman when she was climbing up the rafters last night. It was bananas, she looked like Spiderman or something! After she managed to get into the Park, she turned around and waved back at us suckers on the street who couldn't afford to buy tickets to the show. Those of us on the street watching this were dumbfounded. It turns out that she broke both her ankles and a wrist in the fall. OUCH!

They showed cell phone pics on the news last night of her up there, but I can't find them online.

They also said she was abusive to the hospital staff.
