Santana's Maria Maria Will Have The Best Burritos

Carlos Santana is set to try his hand at a new sort of salsa. Via Forbes:

The newest addition to the roster of celebrity-inspired restaurants, Carlos Santana's Maria Maria, promises to deliver authentic Mexican cuisine in an atmosphere inspired by his music ... they plan to turn three existing Northern California restaurants into Maria Maria, named after Santana's Grammy-winning single.

"Authentic Mexican cuisine in an atmosphere inspired by his music"? Sounds familiar...

Not that it's always right, but wiki says Burritos are Mexican!

I'm a chimichanga guy, but those ARE American. Wonder if Santana can whip up one of those bad boys for me.
