Scarlett Johansson Considers Sophomore CD Anywhere I Lay My Head, ScarJo's Dave Sitek-produced Tom Waits covers album, recently edged out Portishead and Bon Iver on NME's Top 50 Albums Of 2008 list. Now comes word that the newly wedded Spirit star would like to record more tunes. "I don't think I'd do covers," she tells MTV. "[But] if I had to, Leonard Cohen."

Somebody please make sure to tell me whether it's still fashionable to claim to unironically appreciate the episodic ScarJo covers project.

We get it Scarlett. You have good taste in music. But please don't take a stab at Cohen's catalogue. I'd rather a spoken word book cd of The Beautiful Losers.
