Scott Weiland Solo Album Out This Fall • The STP frontman is barely able to pilot himself across a stage, but Billboard reports his second solo album Happy will be out 11/18 via his label Softdrive: Steve Albini did some engineering, the title track includes appearances by the members of No Doubt who aren't Gwen Stefani, and Billboard describes one song as "peppy," another as "glammy, riffy." Look for a related tour to implode in November.
