I cannot get down with the mashups. I just don't get it. It just sounds so stupid to me. Maybe they're entertaining for one listen for novelty's sake, but that's it. Have we really done everything? Granted I probably shouldn't talk since I don't actually make music, but doesn't this just seem like a giant step back?

the "new" (it came out here last October 12, what an excellent birthday present) Stars album is super good. I find it a lot more consistent than their last one, 'Heart'.

Before you buy Aha by Kings of Leon, decide whether you want it on cd only or whether to buy it on itunes, because it's exclusively on Windows Media DRM and can't be ripped onto on ipod (legally).
