Stream Five New Rapture Songs

At piecesofthepeoplewelove.com, users who upload a photo and provide some personal details get to sample five cuts from the Rapture's forthcoming album. We're too lazy to fill out forms on the Internet, and we're not compelled to be part of a Rapture photomosaic, but if you don't mind getting yourself into it, tell us if it's worth the trouble.

gotta say actually not worth it, too much of a tease...and i gotta say i'm very nervous about this release because as much as I LOVE the rapture, i'm not hearing that raw energy that made me fall in love...i hope they don't let me down and i can "get myself into it"...yeah i quoted them, i'm that lame.

Instantly, I liked the sound of these new sample tracks. Am now eager for the CD. I plan on buying two: One for myself, of course, and one for an 18-25 year-old college-educated male I know who I'm sure would love it! Bless you, Stereogum!

love that press photo, afraid the new songs are very underwhelming

is this band really still relevant?

c'mon...have a little faith. Anyone's who has been on the dancefloor when "Get Myself into It" or WYUH has been dropped knows the deal.

The new album is awesome, despite the claims of irrelevance. That song that name-checks Tiga is awesome.
