Stream The New Dean & Britta Remix EP
The story of when Dean met Britta is old hat by now, but their ex-Luna love continues to play out via Rounder Records and their fittingly titled Dean & Britta project. As follow up to last year's Back Numbers LP, the pair enlisted remix services from folks like Sonic Boom, the Sand Pebbles, producer Tony Visconti, Richard Formby, and Scott Hardkiss for a seven-track remix EP Variations. The title works, these are slight laptop-blipped variations on the duo's '60s leaning hazy VU tunes, nice listening for a cold Tuesday afternoon.
