Stream The New John Mayer

Check out Continuum at Clear Channel. Or, alternatively, reminisce about his allegedly racist and misogynist stand-up routine.

Will you please post the new Nickelback album too? Oh, and also I heard there's a new Train single, can we hear that, too?

I'm not going to defend John Mayer's music... but his comedy? I will defend that... did anyone see "John Mayer Has A TV Show"... the pilot that aired on VH1? It was EASILY the funniest show I have seen on TV that wasn't the Chapelle Show... it should have been a series but was a little too 'smart' for... well anyone except people who get into shit like Stereogum lol... but seriously even if you HATE his music, try to see if you can find that pilot... the part where he goes around the parking lot of his own concert asking people why people would want to see that (intentional misspelling) John Meijers guy cause he's an asshole and doesn't even write his own songs, is the funniest shit I've seen in a long time...

I'm three songs in and so far I like it a lot. Especially the horns in the second track!

I hope the overall songwriting is more in the vein of Room For Squares. I won't hate; that was a fantastic album and this guy can craft tunes.

I won't defend his stand-up, but Patch is right. That show was pretty damn hilarious, whether you like his music or not (Personally, I'm apathetic).

Waiting on the world to change. Should we wait? I would rather be a catalyst for change.

Apples In Stereo Energize Pepsi Rebranding

As we've mentioned in the past (2007), Robert Schneider's not afraid of the graceful sellout. So, no, we're not surprised that he and his E6 cohorts just scored a Pepsi commercial. (Heck, we already knew how much E6-related bands loved...

The New Year - "MMV"

We thought it would be wise (and witty) to start the New Year with the New Year, so this week's Drop finds the post-Bedhead Kadane brothers-fronted Touch & Go quintet offering up "MMV," a suitably thematic track from their excellent...
