Stream Julian Plenti Is... Skyscraper Interpol frontman Paul Banks is set to release a solo debut which thus far has sounded conspicuously like an Interpol album (surprise). See if that plays out over its duration with a free album stream at Rhapsody. Album's out 8/4 via Matador.

Can I be in a movie with you? Preferably one that contains a lot of sexual situations?

Very interesting. I didn't know what to expect to be honest. Both tracks that had been made available were kind of different from each other.

This sounds nothing like Interpol.

That was probably the point.

The songs are pretty good. Lyrically similar to what you would hear with Interpol obviously but some of the instrumentation could have been better. The big chorus guitars on Games for Days sounds like they could've easily been from a Kelly Clarkson song. Ouch! But yea, that's probably the hit single.
