This Might Just Be The Best Season Of American Idol, Ever

Of course we have no authority when we say that, hence mentioning the star-making competition just twice this year. Fortunately, now we have Gabe and Lindsay at new sister site Videogum to pick up the slack. Gabe is, like, totally an expert on this season's contestants, and today he offers a recap of last night's action. Did you not watch last night? Don't worry, Gabe hasn't even watched it since the halcyon days of Kelly Clarkson -- which makes his accuracy that much more impressive. Observe.

Is it just me, or was "Goat Boy" Jason Castro completely faking it on the ukelele? His strumming didn't even match the rather skilled sounds we were hearing, and it reaaaallly looked like the damn thing didn't even have strings.
