Phoenix Announce North American Tour

thubmnail icon: Phoenix Announce North American Tour

The French quartet joined the ranks of McCartney, U2, and Coldplay when they were asked to play a third song on a recent SNL, and now they're headed back to the U.S. (and Canada) where they'll do a string of shows that include way more than three tunes. Amazing Baby supports. It'll be in the service of their forthcoming fourth album Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix. You bet you'll hear the synthesized single "1901," so might as well use it as your soundtrack while you mull over the itinerary.

06/12 - Manchester, TN @ Bonnaroo
06/13 - Chicago, IL @ Park West
06/15 - Toronto, ON @ Phoenix Concert Theater
06/16 - Montreal, Canada @ Les Saints
06/17 - Boston, MA @ Paradise Rock Club
06/19 - NYC, NY @ Terminal 5
06/21 - Washington, D.C. @ Rock and Roll Hotel
06/23 - Minneapolis, MN @ Varsity
06/25 - Denver, CO @ Bluebird
06/27 - San Francisco, CA @ Regency Center, Grand Ballroom
06/28 - Los Angeles, CA @ Wiltern

Again, all dates are with Amazing Baby. Get ready:

Phoenix - "1901" (MP3)

Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix is out 5/25 internationally and 5/25 in the US on Loyaute/Glassnote Records.

hi Folks,

I'm one of Phoenix's managers - it's likely the band will play Making Time's 9th Anniversay Party in Philly on Saturday 20th. We will announce it as soon as we have it confirmed.

Dear Simon White,

Why not a Detroit gig on 6/14? We're halfway between Chicago (6/13) and Toronto (6/15). Many fans here!
