Van Halen Reunion Is Totally On Again (Until It's Off Again)

OK! The moment you 1984 babies were waiting for finally arrived! In February. And then it was squashed like Diamond Dave's manbits during a patented spandexed jump. And then a Gollum-esque Eddie checked into rehab. So, you ready for another round?

Right now (hey!), the band is at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles, holding a conference to announce officially a reunion tour running through the US and Canada, kicking off in North Carolina on 9/27. They're really doing it this time! Unless/until David irritates them before then/Eddie falls off the wagon again. The lineup features Lee Roth and three Van Halens (Eddie's kid Wolfgang is taking Michael Anthony's spot on bass, leaving Anthony ample time to tend to his XXXTra Hot Private Reserve hot sauce). Your Van Halen reunion tour dates:

09/27 - Charlotte, NC @ Bobcats Arena
09/29 - Greensboro, NC @ Coliseum
10/01 - Philadelphia, PA @ Wachovia Center
10/07 - Toronto, ON @ Air Canada Centre

Three questions:

1. How much are you willing to pay to see the spectacle of Eddie and Dave hating each other on stage?

2. How much do you suspect they're getting paid to hate each other on stage?

3. How long until this thing goes completely off the tracks? We should get the pool started now.

btw don't buy your ticket until after the show starts. That way you know they will be playing.

I bet the tour will end when they reach: 11/25 - San Diego, CA @ Cox Arena. Thats if wolf won't choke on a ham sandwich before then.
