Do you ever get the feeling that out of the Chris Farley / David Spade duo, the funny one died?

I was positive that this was going to be Karaoke of "Dani California" and that Spade was going to sing some Tom Petty, which could have been half-way funny.

They didn't do anything. Why not do a bit with Kiedis getting miffed that Spade was mangling the "dinky dinky dang" lyrics. Something?

Truly terrible.

More fodder for the sad lameness that the Chili Peppers have become. Don't feel badly if you don't get the David Spade show. It's not that funny.
