DEATH CAB ROCK HOT TOPIC!!!11!

thumbnail icon: DEATH CAB ROCK HOT TOPIC!!!11!

Hey you lovers of vampires and/or mall culture, this one's for you. The Twilight Saga: New Moon OST is the #1 album in America, shortly before the Twilight Saga: New Moon feature film will be the #1 reason to avoid movie theaters in America. Death Cab is on it with "Meet Me On The Equinox," and either because they love Twilight or because they love Hot Topic or because they have to pay the piper for being the featured single from a pretty stacked soundtrack, the band is the only A-list outfit to have been roped into the album's Hot Topic Twilight Tour tie-in. Their engagement was limited to the Hollywood & Highland HT stop, which happened Friday. Now if only somebody brought a camera...

Here's "Cath" by iLight:

Twilight Saga: New Moon is a thing. Hear some.

Say what you will about Hot Topic/Twilight/malls. It sorta looks like they killed it.

I don't think Death Cab can kill anything but my ear drums. I still don't understand why this band is so popular. All they've ever done is rip off bands like Modest Mouse and Built To Spill.

You're just jealous because the voices only talk to me.

It's becoming harder and harder to be a Death Cab supporter.....Oh and as for the BTS/Modest Mouse comparison i totally agree, think of Death Cab For Cutie as the annoying little brother, sure not even close to as good but still like em.

Jesus, could they at least put the fucking cell phones down and watch the gig?

should have played title track and listened to the deafening silence in the crowd. Maybe this would have made them realize how dumb it is for them to be playing at Hot Topic.

How many cameras/phones can you spot in the frame of the first video?

My count: 16.

What an awful band, shite songs, no charisma and selling out to boot. With Rivers Cuomo joining Taylor Swift's band, it's a tough time to be a pasty white hipster. Buffed out vampires that aren't affected by sunlight and who have relationship problems....this country has absolutely nothing left to offer. Tear it down.

I just lost what little respect I had for this band.

Give it up with the shitty point and shoot cameras. Your flash is only good for about 10 feet then it's useless. But those are some pretty fucking good sots of the back of peoples heads!
